If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Ellaroger customer service at [email protected]. If the items haven't been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full value, except for orders paid with PayPal. Charges paid to PayPal won't be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Orders involving custom making, modifications, alterations, or resized items cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.

You can return products (except exceptions) for a full refund within 45 days of placing the order. The shipping charge won't be refunded. Contact Ellaroger via email ([email protected]) before returning, quoting the invoice number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email. The RAN must be quoted on the Ellaroger invoice sent with the return to avoid processing delays.

Returned products must be in original packaging, with instructions, warranty document, and all parts, including original tags, in fully resaleable condition without signs of use. Protective coverings on the product must not be removed. Items must not have been used, assembled, or worn. Include a copy of the Ellaroger invoice with the return to avoid delays. Ellaroger reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are not deemed resaleable or if terms are breached.

The parcel and its contents are the customer's responsibility until received at our warehouse. Use a registered postal service with proof of postage. Ellaroger is not responsible for lost or damaged returned goods. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transport. All returns are at the customer's risk and responsibility. Return expenses are the customer's responsibility. If Ellaroger provides a Return shipping label, the customer is responsible for taking the parcel to their preferred post office.

For accepted returns, a refund will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method. Ellaroger cannot provide updates on returns. In case of non-compliance, an email will be sent with the reason, and stock will be returned. For accepted returns, the warehouse approves and informs accounts to process the refund. Once refunded, an email with details is forwarded.

For faulty or damaged items, contact Customer Care within 48 hours for the correct course of action. The same applies to incorrect items received. Ellaroger can't replace an incorrectly supplied item until it's returned.

For the return of faulty items, efforts will be made to contact the supplier for a replacement. Replacement items depend on availability. If not possible, the cost of the purchase, including shipping, will be refunded.

Some items, marked in the description, cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalized or custom-ordered items cannot be returned.

Returns are expensive for a discount business like Ellaroger. Transaction charges (up to 6.5% of the total order value) are not refunded to Ellaroger in case of refunds. Ellaroger reserves the right to decline further orders from customers with deemed unfair or excessive return history.
