Product Warranty
The duration of this warranty depends on the skateboard brand you have purchased. To verify the length of your warranty, please check the warranty coverage chart on www.ellaroger.com. The warranty time period begins from the date of purchase.
If you have properly received this warranty with the skateboard, then the skateboard you have purchased is guaranteed to be new, genuine, and authentic.
This warranty covers your skateboard for any manufacturer's defects of the skateboard components for the time period stated at www.ellaroger.com. However, please note that this warranty excludes coverage for the skateboard deck, trucks, wheels, bearings, and any damage caused by excessive wear and tear, and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from use under conditions exceeding the skateboard manufacturer's recommendations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. The warranty is valid only with Ellaroger Skateboard Company. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Ellaroger Skateboard Company will void this warranty.
Ellaroger Skateboard Company DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS SKATEBOARD, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
